It’s important as a caregiver to not only take great care of others, but for yourself as well. Be sure to take time for yourself when you are getting burnt out. Eating healthy and exercising for yourself is very important, by doing so you can release stress. Be sure to keep yourself mentally fit, exercise it with games or reading, as well as keeping positive with meditation. Even if it may seem hard to do for all of us, be sure to be getting an adequate amount of sleep that is necessary for your body to recharge. Most importantly be sure to have a great support system; this can be friends, family, or co-workers/supervisors.
